Interview Questions/Answered Nestle

Interview Questions/Answered Nestle
Congratulations! You achieved your goal! They are now eager to meet you in person after
reviewing your application. Although being nervous is normal, you will find that the better
prepared you are, the less nervous you will be.

1. What do you know about our company?
Here, the interviewer wants to make sure you've done your homework and decided to apply to
them for a valid reason. If you are invited to any interview, you should know the size of the
firm, the scope of its products or services, the latest developments in the field, the history, the
goals, and the public image – have they been in the news recently?

2. What motivates you?
Self-motivation is key here. Try to recall any challenges you overcame and how rewarding it was
to accomplish them. Maybe you organized an event that went well – in that case, you were
motivated by the desire to make others happy.

3. How would you describe your weaknesses?
Preparation is crucial for this one. What do we suggest? Tell them about a weakness you had in
the past and how you have dealt with it. For instance, if you're not experienced at presenting.
Admit it, and then say you practice at home in front of friends who film your efforts and now
you're using them to improve.

4. Where do you see yourself in five years?
You should take into account both short and long-term goals. Explain to the interviewer the
kind of career you would like and the steps you will need to take to get there, and how these
ties into the position you are applying for.

5. Do you have any questions?
Most interviewers will ask you at the end of an interview if you have any questions about the
position or the company. So, naturally, you should come to every job interview prepared with a
few questions to ask the interviewer at the end. If you respond with: "No, I think I'm good,
thanks," you might be on the wrong track. Please use this opportunity to ask any burning
questions you have about anything you cannot find in the job description or on the Careers
Website. Do you need some guidance on what questions to ask? Here are a few ideas we think
may help you impress:

      •  What are the most important things I must achieve in my first six months in order to be
        successful?
      • What made this job available?
      • What is the company's culture?
      •  Who are your top competitors? From which companies do you draw inspiration or
        model yourself?
      • In the next five years, where do you see the company going?
      • What are the company's current biggest challenges?
